Javier was a pioneer in teaching Muay Thai in Barcelona and the first BJJ instructor in Spain. Co-founder of the Muay Thai Barcelona team and the Cicero Costha Barcelona lineage, he has trained numerous black belts who now run their own successful academies.
His approach personalizes teaching, adapting it to the individual characteristics of each student, fostering an environment of respect, friendship and positive energy. He emphasizes practical grappling techniques and personal development within a supportive community.
