- Trial class requests: managing your enquiry, verifying capacity in the requested class and manually confirming date and availability.
- General enquiries: replying to messages sent through our contact form or official communication channels (WhatsApp / email).
- Membership management: upon enrollment, administering membership subscriptions, payments and mandatory sports insurance.

Processing is based on your consent when checking the privacy consent box prior to sending the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the implementation of pre-contractual measures when requesting a trial class or membership (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
