What is MMA?

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) combines techniques from different combat disciplines: boxing, muay thai, wrestling, judo and jiu-jitsu. It is the most complete combat sport that exists, allowing strikes standing up and fighting on the ground.

Our classes are designed for both those looking to compete and those who simply want to get fit and learn effective self-defense.
